Lama Tendar is a Tibetan Buddhist Tantric Master who has a deep understanding of Buddha’s teachings. He has many years of experience as a healer. Lama Tendar will teach meditation and the healing mantras. Mantras are powerful in curing diseases, when recited with a sincere heart and deep concentration they have an amazing healing and transforming effect.
Physical illness occurs when one or two of the four elements are out of balance. Buddha realized that we not only suffer from physical illnesses, but we could also suffer from an unhealthy mindset. Buddha placed emphasis upon the mind; realizing that the 3 poisons of GREED, ANGER and IGNORANCE can cause many illnesses.
The mind and body are interdependent; with a healthy body we can cultivate a compassionate heart and wisdom (a clear sharp mind). With wisdom and compassion we are able to examine ourselves and clearly see the nature of problems, then work to resolve them. This is the path to true health.
